deliveries
Whatever’s too large or heavy to carry straight from our store, we’ll deliver to your doorstep upon request. Free of charge (up from a minimum price), throughout The Netherlands. Of course we will also deliver smaller purchases. The fee depends on the quantity, dimensions and weight of your purchase.
returns
You’re welcome to return just about anything, as long as the product is unused and undamaged. Make sure to bring the receipt and original packaging. Items that are tailor made, ordered upon request, or on sale are the only exceptions.
wedding registry
Getting married? Congratulations! We’d love to help you making a wish list. We’ll make sure that you get exactly what you like, and we’ll take care of everything else.
gift certificates
If the options at our store overwhelm you, don’t panic! Instead, go for a pols potten gift certificate. We offer vouchers of €10, €20 and €50.
