When clicking on an item you will reach the product detail page of the item with more product information. When you wish to order you may click on the black button, saying ‘add to cart’ underneath the item. The item will then be placed in your shopping cart.

When you are done shopping, you may click on the shopping cart on the right top corner in your screen.

You are now in your shopping cart with an overview of the item(s) you have selected. Here you can still make relevant changes.

Add your address details and select your preferred delivery option and payment method and agree to our terms and conditions by checking the box.

Finally you click on order and you will be directed to the payment method which you have selected.

After you have successfully paid for your order you will automatically return to our website.

A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.


Payment can be made via IDEAL (Dutch bank accounts only!) or Credit Card services from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Also a bank transfer is optional. When paying by bank transfer you should indicate your order number as the reference for your payment. Any additional bank costs are for your own account.

Our IBAN is NL08ABNA0465762018 for the attention of pols potten bv Amsterdam. Please keep in mind that we will process your order when we have received the full amount on our IBAN. The delivery delay can therefore be longer than indicated.


Delivery exclusively in the Netherlands. Orders with a value above € 50,- will be shipped free of charge to any address in Holland. € 5,- will be charged for deliveries with a total order value less than € 50,-

After you have successfully paid your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. At the same time we will prepare your order for transport. Once our forwarder has picked up your order from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email, you will be able to follow the delivery.
The delivery delay is indicated per item on the product detail pages and in your shopping cart. When a product is in stock we can deliver it within 3 to 5 working days. Does your order have several items with different delivery delays, then we will ship your order once all of the items are available! Most deliveries will be made by UPS.


On products that you buy from us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that the product must be in good condition and should be expected to function in normal use.
When you receive an item which in your opinion; this is not the case, we guarantee that we will find a fair and appropriate solution.

The Right to return

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should this for some reason not be the case, then you can return your purchase without a problem. This must be done within 14 days after the receipt of your order.

In the 'general conditions for distance contract for furniture shops', prepared by the CBW, you can read all about your rights and obligations when buying online. In these conditions, the right of withdrawal as mentioned (read: Returning your purchase) is further explained.

What must you do to exercise the right of withdrawal?

  1. Fill in the enclosed return form and enclose it with the item you want to return.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging. Please note that many of our products are breakable. Always use as much of the original packaging including the packing material supplied to protect the item being returned.
  3. Do not forget to enclose the completed return form before sealing the box. Without it we are unable to identify the customer.
  4. The package must be returned to our distribution centre:

    Cover the return sticker on the package. It is standardly supplied with your order. Please note that all of the costs for a return are the buyers responsibility! Products that are returned damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded! We suggest that you choose to send the package insurance paid.

  5. After we have received your return shipment in good condition, we will either exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days after the receipt of the returned item.
